GTA Soon Valley started

This is a brand new Total Conversion Mod for GTA Vice City and San Andreas. But, at the moment, it is for Vice City. Soon Valley is a real valley of Pakistan, located in Punjab province. I live in soon valley.
It will be released on gtagarage.com.
